Get the Base App (Coinbase Wallet)

Members need the Base app to create a self-custody wallet (for whitelisting) and to access our web app from your phone (via the app’s Browser tab) or your PC.

Download the Base App
  1. Install the app and create your wallet (secure your recovery phrase).
  2. Open the app’s Browser tab and visit https://theleosoc.neostate.io/.
  3. Share your wallet address so we can whitelist it.
  4. On desktop, you can also use the Coinbase Wallet browser extension.
